Responsibilities

  • The theatre department provides a 7 day 24 hour service, with the requirement to work occasional weekends, nights and support other theatre departments within ABUHB.
  • The department will undertake both emergency and elective procedures, covering General Surgery, ENT, Vascular, Obstetrics, Max Fax, Gynaecology, CEPOD and Trauma.
  • Newly appointed candidates will undertake a comprehensive training programme supported by our designated theatre Practice Educator.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and / or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
