What is the main responsibility of the Recruiter?
The main responsibility of the Recruiter is to manage the recruitment and selection of Customer Contact Employees, ensuring structured application processes, conducting interviews, and maintaining communication with labor market partners.
Is experience required for this position?
While experience as a Recruiter or Intercedent is preferred, we also welcome applicants who may not have experience but are eager to develop within the company.
What qualifications are needed for this role?
Candidates should have at least MBO4+ work and/or thinking level, be fluent in Dutch and English, and possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
What kind of training is provided for new recruits?
Depending on experience, new recruits may go through a one-year training program with guidance and coaching from experienced recruiters.
Who will I be working with in the Recruitment team?
You will be part of a Recruitment team in the Netherlands consisting of 8 Recruiters, a Recruitment Marketer, and a Recruitment Manager.
