Responsibilities

  • Als Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van Klantcontact Medewerkers.
  • Je bent de spil tussen sollicitanten, de klantteams en HR.
  • In deze rol zorg je voor strakke en gestructureerde sollicitatieprocedures.
  • Je plant en voert sollicitatiegesprekken (rekening houdend met commerciële doelstellingen).
  • Je onderhoudt contact met arbeidsmarktpartijen zoals uitzendpartners en leveranciers.
  • Je houdt het kandidatenbestand up-to-date en zorgt voor een juiste administratieve afhandeling in het ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Daarnaast ben je in staat om met creatieve ideeën (kwalitatief goede) instroom te genereren en een bijdrage te leveren om de afdeling Recruitment verder te professionaliseren.
