Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Economics or in another relevant field of study
  • You have already gained at least one year of work experience in an in-house talent acquisition function sourcing technical roles
  • You excel at actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
  • You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be a trusted Recruiting Business Partner to our hiring managers and will be instrumental in helping them scale up and achieve their strategic hiring needs
  • As a recruiter for early talent, you will engage with a selection of top universities in order to enhance Reply's brand as a premium graduate employer
  • You’ll own the initial screening as well as the virtual HR interview with your candidates and will accompany them throughout the full recruiting journey ensuring excellent candidate experience
  • Organization of university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events such as tech talks, panel events and Open Day @ Reply
  • You will be involved in talent acquisition projects and recruiting channel management with a high degree of ownership
