  • Sukzessiver Aufbau eines stabilen, regionalen Netzwerkes (Talentpools) sowie Active Sourcing bei Karriere- und Branchenmessen
  • Kreative Direktansprache geeigneter Fachkräfte über verschiedene Recruiting-Kanäle
  • Konzeption und Organisation innovativer Recruiting-Maßnahmen
  • Begleitung von relevanten HR-Themen und Projekten
