Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team with the following tasks: Identify and interact with potential passive candidates Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates Facilitate/coordinate interviews Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Provide broader Human Resources department support, including: Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Maintaining employee profiles Employment Screenings Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments Performs other duties as assigned.
