Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee interview logistics
  • Partner with other coordinators, recruiters, and sourcers
  • Recommend best practices as it pertains to interviews and candidate experience
  • Build and manage relationships with internal partners across businesses
  • Oversee workflows across our applicant tracking system (and CRM and Events platform, where applicable) and ensure candidate pipelines operate efficiently
