Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Recruitment Manager to oversee the operational delivery of a comprehensive central recruitment service in line with service level agreements and Trust policies.
  • In this role, you will provide advice and support to hiring managers, applicants and recruitment colleagues on all aspects of the recruitment process, Trust policy, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and right to work regulations.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of recruitment campaigns and projects.
  • As a Recruitment Manager, you will set the standard for exceptional customer service, working with the recruitment team to ensure a positive experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
  • You will help maintain an efficient, reliable, and responsive recruitment service that contributes to establishing the recruitment function as a centre of excellence.
