  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, broader business objectives and ideal skill profiles, and long-term workforce planning needs
  • Provide data insights, market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive analysis to inform hiring strategies
  • Ensure high-touch, focused candidate engagement & experience
  • Nurture relationships with prospective candidates to keep them engaged and informed about current and future opportunities
  • Track and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM
  • Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the broader recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
