Responsibilities

  • Own agenda and lead the execution across your direct Foodservice customer base, incorporating JBPs to grow core business and expand our brand footprint across Independent Foodservice
  • Own and develop customer wiring plans in collaboration with the Direct Foodservice NAM (including Buyers, Marketing, Telesales, RARA days, Sales Team engagement).
  • Execute marketing programmes, NPD and core range initiatives in line with channel strategy whilst driving the digital agenda within your customers
  • Manage and develop cross-functional and AFH sub-channel relationships both internally and externally, representing customer and channel at key internal forums
  • Support the development of the terms structure and revenue models in collaboration with internal x-functional teams
  • Lead the strategy to win new business in partnership with your customers and New Business team, lead and own the tender renewals across customer base.
  • Own monthly reporting across both internal and external metrics to track, diagnose and course correct performance
