Responsibilities

  • Acquire TAB`s estimates/detailed final invoices and photos
  • Review repair methods and operations in STC (Service.tesla.com)
  • Liaise with Fleet and Insurance companies regarding recent Tesla repairs for their network of customers
  • Analyze TAB`s estimated operations against, images and Tesla Repair methods
  • Identify discrepancies, operations that are not required and unusually high labour costs against the Tesla schedule
  • Generate reports on the discrepancies found. Advise TABS sites on Tesla best practices in line with TABS program GTC’s
  • Advise on best estimating practices to for future estimates
  • Set review dates with TABS sites and monitor required estimation changes
