Responsibilities

  • Support a strategic vision and implementation plan for regional data center operations that will position the organization for future capacity and growth.
  • Plan, manage, and communicate end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams.
  • Collaborate with partners to resource plans for IT operations, deployments and break fix programs including project delivery, and ongoing operational support.
  • Collaborate with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional Technical Infrastructure Managers during Break/Fix operations and project planning and execution.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution.
  • Perform day-to-day project check-in and updates to manage Break/Fix and project delivery and quality.
  • Create and maintain a program to identify best-practices, design process and procedure documents, and socialize those across the region.
  • Create lessons learned documentation, best practices, and innovations on existing process/procedures and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish data analytics to evaluate the process change efficiency and effectiveness.
