  • Understand and Share Insights: Dive deep into the unique HR service needs of the region, collaborating closely with process owners in our Centers of Excellence (CoE) or service teams. Share valuable insights and feedback to ensure robust process delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Implementation Excellence: Ensure the seamless implementation and establishment of HR services setup in the region, driving adherence to global standards and best practices.
  • Lead and Coach: Establish our services team in the region, guiding them to execute all service processes with precision and excellence according to global standards. Lead, develop and coach team members regularly to foster growth and expertise.
  • Regional Process Ownership: Join forces with the CoE process team to take ownership of designated service processes. Participate in regular reviews and improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Foster integration and consistency in service processes across the region to capitalize on synergies and streamline tasks across countries. Facilitate regular exchanges with other Regional Heads of HR Services to gain valuable insights and perspectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Take charge of monitoring and controlling processes through robust KPI tracking. Ensure that targets are not just met, but exceeded, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
