Requirements

Responsibilities

  • - Collaborate with a network of national key account and independent retail partners in Southern Ontario by establishing regular buyer contact, attending meetings, executing market visits, building a marketing calendar, diligently capturing commitments, and following through all the way to execution. Help to establish respect and confidence with customers. Build and strengthen relationships across purchasing, planning and account marketing teams.
  • - Business planning and forecasting to support strategic selling plan.
  • - Lead regular business meeting with various accounts including meeting preparation, POS/Ship data analysis, action plans and appropriate follow ups.
  • - Develop and drive strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue goals. Have high engagement with customers to collaborate and partner during the planning process.
  • - Manage assignments such that business opportunities are identified, and plans are in place to realize them in both digital and bricks and mortar.
  • - Accountable for all sales planning and item forecasting for multiple channel accounts.
  • - Lead regular interactions with National Sales Manager and extended YETI teams to support and enhance the business. Review weekly reports, customer sales and marketing programs and other data as necessary. Recommend solutions and actions to achieve account plans plus YETI goals. Build relationships within multiple levels of the customer organization.
  • - Develop and manage collaborative partnerships and ownership of joint business plans with key customers.
  • - Develop internal and external cross functional, multi-level relationships.
  • - Collaborate with demand planning team on monthly account level forecasts.
  • - Ensure adoption and promotion of new YETI Coolers product offering.
  • - Attending sales meetings, training programs and trade shows as requested.
  • - Managing travel & expenses within a budget.
