  • Engage and inspire the region of circa 100 colleagues to consistently drive for results.
  • Identify areas for financial growth and develop the strategy to deliver.
  • Deliver all regulatory compliance in line with company standards and government guidelines.
  • Manage change implementation as the business innovates and transforms in line with market expectations.
  • Guide and coach your teams through their full P&L responsibility and track, monitor and manage perform.
  • Create a performance culture, building high performing ambitious teams.
