Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:
  • This role will require you to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in independent pharmacies, including Pharmacists, Managers and Sales Assistants to grow Eucerin sales.
  • Planning & Sales Delivery:
  • Develops and delivers in agreement with Pharmacy Director and aligned with Medical Manager, quarterly training and events plans ensuring alignment to overall marketing strategy and agreed commercial targets.
  • Visits pharmacies according to agreed call plan to merchandise, sell-in NPD and promotions, and actively take product orders via IQSALEs to drive sales.
  • Develops new business relationships with targeted accounts in order to drive further distribution of Eucerin brand.
  • Collaborate with the Detailing Team to drive Medical Strategy and enable closed-loop Dermatologist recommendation.
  • Education & Training:
  • Provides skincare knowledge and consumer-oriented product/sales training to pharmacies via in-store visits, training events, webinars or professional congresses to build our position as leader/experts in skincare. Executes training utilising materials created by Training Manager and provides input on material development.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Produces monthly reports for all relevant stakeholders on agreed targets in order to monitor performance and develop interventions to improve performance.
  • Monitors competitor activity so as to develop and share insights that initiate further opportunities.
  • Point of Sale:
  • Secures distribution, optimal shelving allocation and campaign execution as per the agreed plan to increase Eucerin distribution and exploit sell out opportunities.
  • External Collaboration:
  • Collaborates with internal Supply Chain and Pharmed (3rd party logistical provider) on any logistical issues and facilitates resolution.
  • Manages administration of the IQSALEs CRM system and acts as main point of contact for Eucerin.
  • Collaborates with S&CM Team on POS requirements.
