What are the key responsibilities of a Regional Pharmacy Sales Manager?
Key responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders in pharmacies, planning and delivering sales strategies, providing education and training on skincare products, monitoring and reporting on performance, ensuring optimal shelving allocation and campaign execution, collaborating with internal departments, and managing administration of the CRM system.
What qualifications and experience are required for this role?
The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmacy sales, particularly in skincare, direct to consumer sales, and training. They should also have an interest or affinity in skincare and dermatological content, MS Office skills, a driving licence, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships effectively.
