Responsibilities

  • Daily planning and execution of case support
  • In-field sales call coaching with sales team, including regular evaluation and support.
  • Management of all cross divisional relationships to assist sales execution.
  • Spend a minimum of 60% of time infield with sales force supporting our strategy.
  • Meet all financials & sales targets as defined each year by the BU Director
  • Coordinate plans in the region to execute on our strategy in both public and private and align with ANZ marketing plans. Support the roll out of product launches, forecasting and customer targeting and report on successes / challenges on a regular basis.
  • Prepare business reviews, competitive analysis, regional sales reports, market / environmental data and forecasts and ensure they are presented in a timely manner to the Business Unit Director. Ensuring that a weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting is instituted, supported & maintained for all sales activities. Lead the business in developing analysis and feedback of each territories performance.
  • Identify Key Opinion Leader (KOL) in the Region and work collaboratively with Marketing and other functions to development an engagement program for the KOL’s from the region.
  • Manage & facilitate relationships of the Orthopaedic Head of Department (HOD) in all the region.
  • Engage with the Med Ed teams and play an active role in nominating appropriate candidates for Education opportunities. Support and engage with smaller local region run events. Be the key point of contact for Prof Ed for all events within the region.
  • Develop and foster an environment for a strong, engaged team of sales professionals and clinical nurses to overall achieve sales success in the region. Monitor, evaluate, coach and manage the performance and efficiency of team members. Ensure Clinical Support and Territory Managers in the region are adequately equipped, trained and coordinated to provide quality clinical support for cases.
  • Maintain a working environment in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, the quality manual, code of conduct and all S&N policies and procedures. Lead the region is adherence to compliance activities and set the tone at the top for your region.
  • Ensure that the activities of the sales team and the Operations are cohesive, collaborative and effect maximiser the customer centric approach to our business.
