Responsibilities

  • The Regional Team Lead is embedded in ensuring that alignment and outcomes at the local level are achieved.
  • This Team Lead serves as a liaison to the Talent Acquisition leadership teams and regional centers of excellence by overseeing the daily recruitment processes, metrics and programs of talent acquisition and serving as a partner with the local HR VP to ensure a recruitment strategy is in place that meets the needs of the region.
  • The Team Lead will serve as the subject matter expert to lead strategic sourcing and hiring initiatives, supports the Onboarding Consultant with day-to-day oversight to deliver a smooth transition into the organization for new team members.
  • This Team Lead will also ensure local HR teams and hiring leaders stay up to date on compliance requirements, recruitment strategies, and compensation trends along with assisting team members with day-to-day operations, which could include some recruitment, and formulates process improvement initiatives to continually elevate team performance.
  • A focus on effective and efficient metrics-based reporting, sourcing strategy and process implementation will be key in this role.
  • The Team Lead will lead trainings for adoption in talent acquisition process and technology to enhance hiring leader and candidate experience and partners with Human Resource (HR) leaders and hiring managers to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively and to assist in selecting the best talent.
