Responsibilities

  • Provide service to students, staff, and faculty of TWU by providing ID cards in large batch jobs and individually upon request.
  • Enroll new TWU international students in interim health insurance as required by university policy, including reconciling reports and billing to student accounts.
  • Resolve issues and answer questions regarding ID Cards and Health Insurance for students and other clients through in-person visits, online tickets, email, and phone calls.
  • Provide front line and administrative support to the student service HUB and Office of the Registrar as directed.
  • Provide back up support for student account related tasks, including receipting of payments and collections. Assist with student registration changes.
  • Participate as a professional team member of the Office of the Registrar with a particular focus on improving service to students, parents, staff, faculty, and others. Work in co‐operation with and act as backup for other office staff as needed.
  • Accept personal accountability for continuously improving performance, working cooperatively with all on-campus departments.
