The position works the 9:30 am to 6 pm shift, Monday to Friday EST.

The hourly pay range is $18.83 - $28.25.
What are the primary responsibilities of the HR Rep I?
The primary responsibilities include processing HR inquiries, handling colleague position status change requests, tuition reimbursement applications, and various HR administrative tasks, as well as providing support via telephone and e-mail.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A High School diploma with two (2) years of experience in an HR administrative or customer support role in a high volume work environment is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Is experience with HRIS or specific software required?
Proficient knowledge of HRIS and familiarity with PeopleSoft, Kronos time and attendance, and Case Management systems is preferred.
What skills are necessary for this position?
Excellent communication, decision making, problem-solving, judgment, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Will I need to travel as part of this position?
Yes, some travel to various Trinity Health sites (10%) may be required as needed.
