What are the main responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician in this role?
The main responsibilities include reviewing Prior Authorizations, approving or denying requests, sending some PAs to Pharmacists for review, processing prescription exceptions, resolving claim rejects, conducting member and physician outreach, entering member and prescription information into the system, and handling escalated issues.
What shift hours can I expect?
The shift is Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm local time, with rotating weekends every 4-6 weeks and holidays.

Equipment provided includes a computer, monitor, and headset.
Are there any specific qualifications required for this position?
Yes, candidates must be a registered pharmacy technician and hold a current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by their state of operation.
