Responsibilities

  • Du leistest telefonische und datentechnische Unterstützung für unsere Kunden- und Servicetechniker.
  • Zu deinem Tätigkeitsbereich zählt die Fehleranalyse von Gefahrenmeldeanlagen, darunter Einbruch- und Brandmeldeanlagen.
  • Die Beratung bei der Anwendung von Hardware und Betriebssoftware gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Die Techniker erhalten von dir telefonischen Support bei Inbetriebnahmen und der Behebung von Störungen vor Ort.
