  • You’ll have a minimum of a 2:2 in Environmental Science, Geoscience, or Civil Engineering.
  • As the organisations grows and becomes more international, our graduates need to be highly flexible in order to embrace the changes and keep up with the fast-paced evolution of the business. Our graduates are agile in their thinking and seek to address knowledge gaps. You should be comfortable working to and setting stretching individual targets and using your own initiative to overcome challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Throughout the 2-year programme, you will work across renewables in our hydro, solar and battery, onshore and offshore wind functions. Previous opportunities include working on projects including the world’s largest offshore windfarm, Doggerbank; the first large scale pumped storage scheme developed in the UK for more than 30 years at Coire Glas and Viking Wind Farm, currently the biggest onshore wind farm under construction in the UK. With support and advice from your mentor, colleague, and previous graduates, you will be able to design your own placement plan to suit your interests and career path.
