Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the rental of equipment provided by Reco Equipment and Bobcat of Pittsburgh through their respective manufacturers offerings.
  • Responsible for growth in the department through customer relationships, suggestive selling and cold calls.
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly rentals for correct billing.
  • Must have good communication and phone etiquette, ability to multitask with customer walk-ins and multiple phone calls.
  • Communicate with rental prep staff and logistics for on time delivery and quality.
  • Tracking and reporting rental needs to the Rental Manager for growth.
  • Tracking all inbound and outbound calls/leads through company CRM.
  • Upsell ancillary services such as damage waiver and insurances.
  • Monitors promised delivery schedules are met and any known delays are communicated to the immediate supervisor and customers.
  • Professionalism - we value teamwork, creating a cohesive work environment, and pride ourselves on the service we provide our customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
