Responsibilities

  • As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.
  • Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards
  • Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
  • Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance
