Responsibilities

  • Reporting & insights, trend visualization, AI modelling, performance analysis
  • Responsible for the preparation, extrapolation and analysis of product and market
  • Analyze product / aftersales performance based on specific reports (price position, trends, competitors' actions)
  • Frequent reporting of campaign performance
  • Media KPIs (GRP, reach, impressions, clicks, CPC)
  • Number of qualified visitors, cost per QVs
  • Showroom traffic
  • Captive bank data analysis based on request
  • Supervise and monitor quarterly and seasonal campaigns & action plans, execution of European Aftersales marketing strategies and programs, webpage development
  • Review AS campaign data and evaluate the results of the performed campaign, lead strategic direction for future campaigns
  • Ensure sufficient training (internal) for reporting
  • Control budget related to the dealer data and systems
  • Managing special projects and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for regional and national management
