Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Store Technical Service Representative, which we call an In Store Service Agent 1. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions.

  • Create an amazing customer experience
  • Assist customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs

  • 6+ months’ experience in a similar role
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
