Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales tools for both leisure and group initiatives, collaborating with key partners such as Sales Integration, Sales, Trade, UPRV, Legal, Brand Standards, and Project Management.
  • Increase exposure/awareness of hotel portfolio in the LatAm and EMEA international markets. Specifically taking a leading role in working with International Marketing and Sales teams on hotel tactical messaging integration.
  • Support the Sr. Representative, Hotel Marketing in the execution of Florida and Annual Passholder campaigns and Marquee Event retail tactics, including fact sheet development, creative reviews, and performance reporting requests.
  • Be a product and retail expert and representative of the Hotel Marketing team while in meetings as well as being an active participant who shares insights and ideas for overall hotel integration into the destination.
  • Conduct audits, market research, analyze and leverage analytics, and track trends to help define opportunities and make recommendations to drive growth.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
