What are the main responsibilities of the Representative, Ticket Services?
The main responsibilities include providing customer service for Season Ticket Member accounts, assisting with inbound single game ticket sales, handling customer inquiries and issues, and representing the Padres positively on game days.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, currently have or be working towards a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business, Sport Management, or a related field, and have a minimum of 1-year customer service or sales experience.
Are bilingual skills a plus for this position?
Yes, being fluently bilingual in English and Spanish is considered a plus.
What are the expected work hours for this role?
Candidates should be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, with the expectation to work all Padres home games.

What is the hourly pay rate for this position?
The hourly pay rate for this position is $20.42, and it will increase accordingly per the San Diego Living Wage Ordinance.
