Responsibilities

  • Extensive understanding on chemical Phys/chem properties, the fate and transport of chemicals in the environment and their impact to ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of biodegradation for different ingredient classes and functions.
  • Work jointly with expert witnesses on all environmental safety endpoints to ensure robust internal and external safety programs.
  • Lead external influencing activities on environmental safety of products and waste streams and on acceptance of methods and models by regulators.
  • Lead the external influencing activities on environmental safety of ingredients through retained experts and co-counsel.
  • Learn and practice project management skills and have to potential to directly work advising clients in litigation and regulatory matters.
