Responsibilities

  • Recruiting customers from our internal panel to attend live research sessions, both online and face to face, including scheduling research sessions.
  • Running recruitment screener questionnaires via our in-house survey tool and customer panel.
  • Pre-screening phone calls to potential research attendees.
  • Attending research sessions to welcome customers and host the event.
  • Helping to manage the recording equipment needed for the research sessions.

No, this position follows a hybrid working model, with 60% of the time expected to be spent in one of our office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely.
