  • The post-holder will support the clinical trials manager in the smooth running of clinical trial activity on the unit, taking a leading role in clinical research involving a wide portfolio of trials and studies, both interventional and observational.
  • The post holder will provide support to members of the team and carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of care and setting standards for patients participating in research.
  • The post holder will be responsible for managing their own workload under supervision from the clinical trials manager and matron.
