Is prior research nursing experience necessary for this position?
No, previous research nursing experience is not required. We encourage nurses with diverse clinical backgrounds to apply.
What specialties will I be working with as a Research Nurse?
You will be working across a range of clinical specialties, both commercial and non-commercial research portfolios.
What type of training will I receive?
A comprehensive induction and training program will be provided, along with ongoing support throughout your role.
Will I be working independently as well as part of a team?
Yes, you will have the ability and confidence to work independently when needed but will also be expected to work as part of a team approach.
What are my responsibilities in this role?
Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload of patients, recruiting patients into research studies, evaluating patient eligibility, assisting in the informed consent process, and coordinating necessary tests and appointments.
