What are the key responsibilities for the Residential Development Solicitor position?
Key responsibilities include complex and large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this role?
We seek a Solicitor who is either an NQ or has up to 2 years’ PQE. Experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from skilled commercial property lawyers looking to specialise in residential work.
