Responsibilities

  • Identify, monitor, and assess strategic risks and threats that could impact our organization.
  • Research, interpret, analyse, and process data via internal and external sources, and contextualize intelligence for the purpose and needs of Allianz Technology.
  • Draft and publish reports to senior managers and other key stakeholders to build situational awareness and enable sound decision-making with respect to ongoing and emerging situations.
  • Log and track incidents or potential incidents for crisis & incident management.
  • Ensure the organization is ready to quickly respond to emerging or sudden situations via the latest available intelligence, and support crisis operations via this intelligence.
  • Contribute to improving processes that enable rapid assessments and situational awareness of emerging / developing / actual situations through enhanced horizon scanning with respect to risk, security, and resilience.
  • Support colleagues in operational security and incident monitoring and other required administrative activities.
  • Assist in positioning the Intelligence Fusion Centre (IFC) as the central hub for monitoring, preparing, and assisting the organisational preparedness and response to strategic threats, incidents, and crises.
  • Ensure learning from internal and external events and incidents are fed into our internal protection & resilience programs.
  • Assist in developing long-term data driven strategies that strengthen resilience.
  • Contribute to strategies relating to risk, resilience, and security.
  • If required, provide tactical and / or operational support to our crisis operations.
  • Remain up to date on industry trends and best practice relating to risk, resilience, security and intelligence.
  • Other related activities as required by the Global Head of Protection & Resilience.
