Responsibilities

  • Organizing and coordinating select department activities.
  • Coordinating department initiatives and projects and guiding them to completion.
  • Assisting with initiatives that reinforce the firm’s values around employee engagement.
  • Overseeing initiatives to boost employee engagement.
  • Conducting surveys to assess engagement levels and identify improvement areas.
  • Assisting with the administration of our employee recognition program through the monthly Core Value Award.
  • Building strong relationships with employees and acting as an ambassador of senior firm leadership where necessary.
  • Coordinating team activities and communication when dispersed team members visit HQ.
  • Providing accurate and timely reports to the RM Team on availability, utilization, scheduled hours vs budget, realization, and non-billable time.
  • Assisting with the formatting and editing of such reports.
  • Following up with team members in the Audit Department on daily time entry.
  • Tracking individuals who consistently miss daily time entry and reporting back to the Senior Resource Manager.
  • Updating and maintaining staff schedules using the scheduling system.
  • Assisting with the administration of the contemporaneous client assessment.
  • Creating and formatting a wide range of documents, including reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Sending, tracking, and managing calendar invites through Outlook for various trainings, events, and reminders to the entire department.
  • Developing internal communications (PPT, Excel, Word fluency).
  • Assisting the RM Team in various administrative projects.
