 About the role 
 We have an exciting position to join our Finance Change function as a Resourcing Manager! You will be responsible for resource planning and forecasting and ensure the right balance of internal and external resources are supplied to meet the Portfolio demand - delivering to the correct time, quality, and cost. 
 Working with the PPMO and Stakeholders across Finance, this role assesses the overall capacity, provides ongoing central visibility, and delivers the appropriate resourcing strategy to support the Finance Change Portfolio. You will be responsible for 
 <ul>
 <li>Working with the Delivery team to forward plan key resources (within Finance, BAU and third party suppliers)</li> 
 <li>Continually review the hiring process to ensure the best candidates are placed via approved suppliers in the most cost effective way</li> 
 <li>Forecasting future resource needs based on programme and project plans / resource profiles and the demand pipeline</li> 
 <li>Developing processes to maintain a clear and accurate view of resource demand from both pipeline and inflight projects</li> 
 <li>Providing accurate and timely Resource management information to the Programme Director and Leadership Team and feeding into various stakeholder reports and meeting packs.</li> 
 <li>Highlighting any resource conflicts, pinch points, skillset gaps and key person dependencies and highlight to the Delivery team</li> 
 <li>Act as a point of escalation for Resourcing issues between Hiring Managers, Managed Service Provider and Suppliers</li> 
 <li>Manage the On/Off boarding process</li> 
 <li>Ensure all resourcing Risks and Issues are communicated and shared on the Risk log for the fortnightly Governance Board</li> 
 <li>Manage the process for renewing Contractors or services</li> 
 <li>Provide data for the monthly Resource Board meeting.</li> 
 <li>Ensuring the Resourcing profile is seamlessly linked to the finances</li> 
 <li>Working with our MSP to source appropriate candidates and manage any escalations through to resolution</li> 
 <li>Ensure all other monthly reporting activities are completed on time</li>

 <li>Knowledge and experience of delivering projects</li> 
 <li>Experience of large corporate financial budgeting and planning processes</li> 
 <li>Data analysis and report preparation</li> 
 <li>Proven track record of working and liaising effectively with business users at all levels of seniority and influencing in a matrix structure (including Exec team)</li> 
 <li>Understanding of Capacity Management</li>
