Responsibilities

  • To provide strong and collaborative administration support to the Resourcing Team throughout the end to end recruitment process to enable the delivery of a first class recruitment service, and to enhance the department’s reputation as a centre of excellence.
  • Build solid working relationships with key stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates.
  • To take an active part in the continual streamlining of the recruitment process for permanent and temporary staff.
  • Be the initial point of contact within the Resourcing department, ensuring that queries are dealt with in a timely, accurate and professionally customer focused manner or are escalated as appropriate.
  • To provide a high quality, customer focused recruitment service.
