Responsibilities

  • Accompagner les Directions métiers dans l’évolution de leurs processus de la phase d’expression des besoins jusqu’au déploiement effectif des solutions IT
  • S’assurer de la bonne intégration des solutions dans le SI existant
  • Coordonner le déroulement des projets et des évolutions applicatives :
  • Cadrage et spécifications fonctionnelles
  • Suivi des réalisations (Internes ou Externes) avec les responsables de solution
  • Tests de bon fonctionnement
  • Organisation de la recette utilisateurs
  • Rédaction des documentations utiles au support
  • Formations et maintien à niveau des utilisateurs métier (Key user)
  • Apporter l’aide nécessaire, avec pour finalité le bon usage des applications métiers (accompagnement voire formation)
  • Traiter les tickets issus des incidents ou des demandes d’évolutions
  • Savoir proposer des arbitrages / prioriser les résolutions
  • Gérer les escalades aux équipes techniques ou applicatives
  • Formaliser et soumettre les demandes de changement aux équipes de développement
  • Construire et faire évoluer les rapports issus de la Business Intelligence, afin de permettre aux métiers d’avoir une vision cohérente sur leur activité
