Responsibilities

  • Sous la direction de la Responsable Acquisition & Fidélisation Clients et entouré(e) de votre équipe de 8 personnes, vous participez à la croissance de LexisNexis en déployant une stratégie digitale performante sur tous les canaux et à toutes les étapes du funnel.
  • Grâce à votre connaissance des techniques digitales, vous êtes le chef d’orchestre de l’automatisation de nos processus Go-to-Market (GTM). Votre analyse des KPI vous permet de détecter les leviers de growth marketing pour booster la génération de leads et les performances du funnel (MQL, SQL, RDV).
  • En tant que leader, vous pilotez l’efficacité du plan marketing acquisition multicanal, créant des synergies entre les leviers payants (SEA, social ads, display…) et organiques. Vous maximisez la conversion et le ROI des campagnes tout en renforçant le référencement naturel de nos sites.
  • Responsable du projet stratégique « Unassisted Sales Channel », vous digitalisez les parcours d’achat de bout-en-bout et favorisez une approche self-serve en optimisant nos plateformes web et e-commerce pour une expérience utilisateur fluide et engageante.
  • Vous favorisez les échanges de bonnes pratiques entre les équipes, tant qu’en France qu’avec les BU à l’international, pour déployer rapidement des projets marketing innovants tout en assurant une prise en compte des enjeux de chaque département (sales, produit, techno…).
