Responsibilities

  • Effectuer une veille régulière en vue de s’assurer que la société se maintienne en conformité en matière de SSE.
  • Suivre les indicateurs des accidents du travail et de trajet, sensibiliser à travers des communications et former les salariés en vue d’éviter les accidents.
  • S’assurer de la mise en place des plans de prévention en collaboration avec les managers et salariés avant toute intervention sur site client et s’assurer que les collaborateurs prennent systématiquement connaissance et appliquent les consignes de sécurité des clients.
  • Participer aux réunions de CSSCT, présenter les statistiques en matière d’accident et communiquer sur les actions en cours en matière de santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Mener les audits internes (dont les audits chantiers), et fournisseurs. Rédiger le document unique en collaboration avec les membres du CSSCT et les salariés. Mettre à jour le document unique en fonction de l’évolution réglementaire à chaque changement intervenant au sein d’un poste (ex: changement d’outils, de produits, d’environnement de travail) et mettre en place un plan d’action.
