Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating tills, checking stock, restocking goods, arranging merchandise displays, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Serving customers in a small unit and using a Costa push button machine, cash handling and operating tills.
  • Receiving and putting out deliveries, restocking goods and ensuring attractive displays of merchandise.
  • Serving drinks in evening bar.
  • Cleaning front and back of house areas, keeping shop and stock rooms tidy, wiping tables, sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Reporting to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified in the workplace.
  • Following food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
