Responsibilities

  • To assist in the maintenance of the company’s operational standards and compliance.
  • Ensure all sales floor routines are carried out as prescribed by the management team.
  • To participate in stock processing
  • To serve customers and operate tills
  • To carry out customer refunds as required
  • To maintain the shop floor standards at all times
  • To ensure appropriate merchandising of product in order to maximise sales
  • To be involved in store replenishment.
  • To carry out product placement checks
  • To participate in the store clearance cycle
  • To be courteous at all times to fellow associates, customers and management team.
  • To seek personal development when appropriate
  • To demonstrate an understanding of brand & product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate at all times the company’s identified characteristics
  • To assist in ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to and within legal requirements
  • To carry out any additional duties as and when required such as housekeeping, cleaning.
  • To participate in the stores activities as required outside of normal duties.
