Responsibilities

  • - liaising with members of the public and staff on a daily basis.
  • - Selling refreshments to members of the public from the games hut
  • - Providing a games services, including tennis and adventure golf.
  • - Selling plants from the horticultural nursery.
  • - Supporting with plant watering when at the nursery
  • - Delivering excellent customer service, whilst serving customers in either location
  • - Supporting with rotas of seasonal staff.
  • - Providing excellent customer service whilst running of games facilities.
  • - The post holder will be responsible for general cleaning duties including toilets, litter picking and the hut itself.
  • - Maintaining the area to a high standard.
  • - When on site the post holder will undertake paddling pool chemical tests and other processes related to the running of the facilities.
  • - The commercial services team run events and other commercial opportunities across the park and nursery, the post holder would be able to support with these if needed.
  • - Ie running of workshops.
