Flexible Working: We encourage a flexible working culture, including options such as home-working, reduced or flexi-hours, job shares, job-splits, compressed and core hours. We offer a high level of flexibility for the vast majority of our office-based roles, meaning that you’ll only be required to work from a specific location for 1 or 2 days a week on average

Annual Leave: For the majority of our roles we offer 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays, and an extra day for Christmas Eve. You can choose to use the religious bank holidays flexibly

Payroll Giving is a very effective way of supporting causes close to your heart: A £10 monthly donation will only cost you £8 as a standard tax-rate payer and even less, £6 if you are higher tax-rate payer

 <ul>
 <li>Overseeing the running of the shop on a Sunday. This includes taking keyholder responsibility (training provided) and supporting a talented and diverse team of volunteers. </li>
 <li>Assisting the wider shop team in achieving sales and fundraising targets. </li>
 <li>Reviewing and processing donated goods and new stock. </li>
 <li>Coming up with creative ideas to help generate new income, with guidance from the Shop Manager. </li>
 <li>Using your customer service skills to make sure our customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated. </li>
 <li>Maintaining shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health and safety. </li>
 </ul>
 
 <h2 class="jobSectionHeader">What skills are you looking for? </h2>
 <ul>
 <li>A working knowledge of what makes great customer service. </li>
 <li>Experience of working in a lively and vibrant environment. </li>
 <li>Adaptability in changing situations, including being able to work effectively independently and as part of a team. </li>
 <li>Commercial awareness. </li>
 <li>The ability to create relationships and communicate well. </li>
 <li>And ideally experience of working in, or an understanding of retail and fashion. </li>
