Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
  • Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
  • Support the Store Management team on overall store and back of house standards
  • Assist in training and coaching Associates
  • To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
  • Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
  • Help to ensure the store remains commercial as possible following company guidelines
  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
  • Perform other duties that as required from the management team
