  • Be an ambassador for the brand
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Meet individual, and store sales targets by maximising sales at every opportunity through the use of upselling, link-selling and add-on opportunities
  • Deal with customer inquiries and refunds professionally and effectively, converting refunds into sales opportunities where possible.
  • Commercial Awareness:
  • Have an awareness of store and company best sellers and use this knowledge to increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
  • Keep up to date with product information, new line launches, and company promotion
  • Actively participate in, and support all company incentives to increase sales.
  • Have an awareness of competitor activity and feedback any improvement suggestions or observations to the management team.
  • Stock Management:
  • Assist with stock deliveries and stock management
  • Maintain a fully stocked shop floor
  • Maintain maximum stock availability through effective stock replenishment techniques.
  • Effectively maintain best practice within your stockroom to ensure that all stock is accurate regarding receipt of deliveries, and provide support with stock-take activities and processes when needed.
