Responsibilities

  • Du nutzt deine Erfahrung, um unseren Kund:innen einen herausragenden Customer Service und ein erstklassiges Markenerlebnis zu bieten.
  • Du koordinierst, coachst und motivierst die Mitarbeiter:innen in deinem Bereich und sorgst für ein ausgezeichnetes Arbeitsklima.
  • Du unterstützt das Management beim Tagesgeschäft in deinem Bereich, um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen (inkl. digitaler Services, Visual Merchandising, Salesfloor, Werbekampagnen).
  • Du erkennst Probleme und löst sie zusammen mit der Store-Leitung.
  • Du bist Markenbotschafter:in für NIKE Initiativen.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass der Store alle NIKE Standards und Richtlinien einhält.
  • Du unterstützt ein Team, das Artikel effizient annimmt, das Lager exzellent verwaltet und die Standards für die visuelle Präsentation genau umsetzt.
  • Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Lager und stellst sicher, dass sich auf der Verkaufsfläche immer genügend Artikel befinden, dass die Fläche präsentabel ist und dass sie den Markenstandards entspricht.
  • Du arbeitest mit dem Department Coach zusammen, der die einzelnen Bereiche (Wareneingang und visuelle Präsentation) beaufsichtigt, während du für die Umsetzung des visuellen Merchandising verantwortlich bist.
  • Du bist für den pünktlichen Launch von Monatsinitiativen zuständig und gibst regelmäßig Feedback.
  • Du nutzt zusammen mit unserem Department Coach unsere Reporting-Tools, um die besten kommerziellen Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Du bist ein Vorbild bei der genauen Bestandsführung, um per App und Internet bestellte Produkte liefern zu können.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass das Team alles zur Verfügung hat, was es braucht, um höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen gerecht zu werden (Zweck).
  • Du sorgst zusammen mit dem Coach dafür, dass sich das Team mit Spaß an NIKE Community Ambassador-Aktivitäten beteiligt.
  • Zusammen mit dem Senior Store Leadership kümmerst du dich um die Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen und um das Onboarding.
  • Du legst zusammen mit dem Store Coach den Store Schedule fest und planst Verfügbarkeit, Einsatz und Verantwortungsbereiche.
  • Du schaffst zusammen mit dem Store-Team eine positive Nike Kultur.
  • Du gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran und sorgst auf der Verkaufsfläche für perfekten Service, um Kund:innen ein perfektes Einkaufserlebnis zu garantieren.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass das Team über alle Ressourcen und das nötige Markenwissen verfügt und alle Aspekte unseres Kundenservice und unserer digitalen Services kennt.
  • Du schließt die erforderlichen Schulungen ab und teilst dies den Athlete Services mit.
  • Du sorgst mittels Daten und Analysen für neue Einblicke und arbeitest mit dem Senior Store Leadership zusammen, um immer weiter für Verbesserungen zu sorgen.
