Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports and forecasts, and worldwide revenue accounting close activities.
  • Analyze revenue trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Assist in the analysis of historical sales activities for proper revenue allocation in multiple-element arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and partner with the accounts receivable team to streamline processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in revenue operations and implement best practices.
  • Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to revenue processes.
  • Utilize and optimize financial systems and software tools to support revenue accounting functions.
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of new systems related to revenue operations.
  • Assist in other miscellaneous projects as needed to support the revenue operations team which includes but is not limited to UAT, cross-functional projects, etc.
  • Partner and collaborate with other teams regarding revenue-related inquiries and issues.
