Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience with a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, business strategy or related field.
  • 3+ years of significant experience with a software or SaaS organization, including direct customer contact
  • Experience supporting US Public Sector sales teams (Fed/SLED)
  • Ability to work with complex data sets, formulas and system/tools/CRMs to create impactful reports for data-driven conversations and decision making.
  • Ability to articulate GTM strategies, thinking strategically and analytically to operate with focus on bookings, scalable process improvements and meaningful outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritize numerous workstreams while critically thinking to solve for roadblocks to focus on desired outcomes.
  • Has a “can do” attitude and not adverse to do the work necessary for getting desired results.
  • Excited about new challenges with an eagerness to embrace change as business requirements evolve. Has the drive to embrace it and views as an opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales forecast and provide operational guidance to sales teams
  • Collaborate with supporting functions and sales management to maximize systems and process usage and capability
  • Identify and provide feedback on process and systems improvements to centers of excellence systems and BI teams
  • Build and support ad-hoc pipeline, data request and SFDC hygiene
  • Provide first line support and enablement for ongoing sales processes, BI tools and systems
  • Support GTM planning and quota setting
