Responsibilities

  • FUNCTION AS PART OF A TEAM TO CREATE ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICAL REVIT MODELS OF BUILDINGS OF VARYING TYPES.
  • PREPARE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS INCLUDING PLANS, ELEVATIONS, SECTIONS, SCHEDULES, AND 2D COMPONENT DETAILS GENERATED FROM 3D MODELS.
  • CREATE EXISTING ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL 3D MODELS FOR BUILDING ADDITION/ RENOVATION PROJECTS FROM EXISTING PLANS AND INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM FIELD SURVEYS.
  • COORDINATE 3D MODELS AND DRAWINGS WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND DISCIPLINES.
  • REVISE MODEL AND DOCUMENTS FROM FEEDBACK GIVEN DURING THE QUALITY CONTROL/QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURE.
  • PERFORM TAKEOFFS FOR COST ESTIMATES.
